I am translating a WWI KTB http://uboatarchive.net/SMU-43/KTBSM43-A.htm (http://uboatarchive.net/SMU-43/KTBSM43-A.htm) Does anyone know if the time in the KTB was kept in Deutsche Gesetzliche Zeit? I understand the Germans set clocks forward 1 hour to Daylight Savings Time on April 30 1916 but I don't know if the Navy used that time or what the change over dates were after that.
