it was many years ago when I opened the threads here in about the various camouflages of the Kriegsmarine main warships, now I think  you understood why at that time I did not post the Tirpitz and Bismarck camouflage information, ... it was because of the books I was planning to publish with Robert Gehringer.

Having now reached the book Nr 3 of Tirpitz, ... with many camouflage information already released,  I think it does make sense to open here a dedicated thread so I can post the already published camouflages and respond to you in case you have questions on the schemes.

So, lets start with the pre commissioning  Bau-Hafen camouflage with the house bricks of Wilhelmshaven  Kriegsmarine Werft buildings scheme on one side ... and the sea waves on teh other side stern and bow coming out of the drydock, ... plus some camouflage schemes on the ship upperworks too.
