Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could give me more information on this station. I know previously before this it was the Imperial Marine academy for officers and was closed in 1910, then turned into the Naval Station at Kiel.
I read too that there were adequate quarters for Marine personnel. Was this the only place for these personnel?
Also too who were the Naval High Command at around this time?

This is not as easy as it sounds, as there was no real "High Command" during the Kaiser's reign.
The Commander-in Chief was, of course, Kaiser Wilhelm II. himself

I think this building was used as "Marinestation Ostsee" just after the end of WW I.

wurde die Marineakademie in Kiel nicht erst 1914 geschlossen ? 1910 erfolgte die Verlegung der Marineschule nach Flensburg Mürwik.
Direktor der Marinakademie war vom 16.05.1910 - 30.09.1912 KAdm. Reinhard Koch.

die Formulierung bei Matthei, die wiki als Quelle verwendet, ist nicht eindeutig

Dort finde ich nichts darüber, was mit der Marineakademie passierte, als die Marineschule 1910 nach Flensburg verlegte.
Edit: bei Karl Hinrich Peter "Seeoffizieranwärter" wird nach 1910 kein Direktor einer Marineakademie mehr genannt.

Hildebrand führt Direktoren der Marineakademie bis 1914 auf. Im Kieler Gelehrtenverzeichnis gibt es einen Ludwig Mecking, der als Lehrer der Marineakademie von 1913-14 tätig war.

Dadurch nehme ich an , dass die Marineakademie bis 1914 in Kiel existierte.

Die Rangliste der Kaiserlichen Marine von 1914 nennt noch beide Institutionen.
Demnach war zu dieser Zeit der Direktor der Marineakademie in Kiel der Konteradmiral v. Rebeur-Paschwitz, mit der [zutreffenden] Einschränkung "zugl[eich] Chef d. detach[ierten] Div[ision]"
Als Direktor der Marineschule in Mürwik ist Kapitän zur See Schmidt v. Schwind genannt.
