V.6107 leave convoy after S-56's attack. She escorted F.152W to Kamoy, and both V-boote bombed sub but without success. Rotte M.31 arrived to place later.

If I understand you correctly, then V6107 left convoy "Gotha" immediately after the attack of S-56 on 24.09.1944.

My question: has there been another attack of S-56 on V6107 together with D 152 Pmot enroute to Karmöy, before attack on M31, M251 ?

In den Gefechtsberichten der 61. Vp-Flottille ist davon zumindest nicht die Rede. Dort wird immer nur von dem initialen Dreierfächer berichtet.

O.k., dann ist gemeint: während V 6107 mit dem Prahm abdrehte, bombardierten V 6105 und V 6110 das U-Boot mit Wasserbomben.
