M-467 meldet gegnerische Schnellboote im Bereich AF 6487

Guten Tag,

ich habe jetzt wiederholt gelesen das gegnerische Schnellboote an Norwegischer Küste im Bereich Trondheim gesichtet und sogar bekämpft wurden.
So z.B. am 20.09.43 meldet M-467 mit FT 0547 im Bereich AF 6487 Feuereröffnung auf die Boote die daraufhin mit hoher Fahrt nach NW ablaufen.
Meine Frage hierzu wäre, von wo aus unternahmen diese Schnellboote ihre Fahrten bis in den Bereich von AF 6487 ?
Und um welchen Typ Schnellboote könnte es sich da handeln?

Die Feuereröffnung wird dann wohl mit der 10,5 Utof stattgefunden haben.

Weder im Wiki-Artikel noch im Datensatz unserer Minensucher finde ich diese Behauptung. Wieso also gibst Du diese Links hier an?
Wo hast Du das denn wiederholt gelesen? Im KTB oder im ULTRA-Bestand? Für eine möglichst genaue Quellenangabe wäre ich Dir dankbar.
Wenn die Behauptung stimmt, dann handelt es sich sicher um sowjetische Torpedokutter (MTB).

Stimmt, ich war im Geiste in Tromsoe anstatt in Trondheim.
Allerdings habe ich keine Infos über britische (wahrscheinlich mit norwegischer Crew besetzte) Schnellboote so weit nördlich. Vielleicht gibt es dazu Literatur in norwegischer Sprache ?

In the morning of Oct. 25-1943 Kilstraum, with a cargo of 170 tons cement from Trondheim to Utvorden for Organization Todt, was stopped by the Norwegian MTB 688 and the British MTB 669 near Kya light. (J.M. was also stopped but was allowed to continue). Kilstraum's crew was allowed to go in the lifeboats before the MTB's opened fire in an effort to sink her, but when the German ND16 Möwe (whale catcher W. Barents) was spotted, the MTB's laid a smoke screen and took off. En route back to Shetland they were spotted by German aircraft which attacked, and MTB 669 had to be sunk because of the damages received. In the meantime, Kilstraum's crew had returned to the ship and managed to take her up on the beach where she sank in shallow waters. Later discharged, raised and repaired.

Seems like there was a fourth MTB involved. MTB 686 that had to return to base because of damage to the propeller during towing. (MTB 626 and 686 was towed by the whaler Risør across the north sea.)
The norwegian text in english:
03.10 Vessel, armored trawler or destroyer, in sight directly ahead
03:40 Vessel lit top and side lanterns and signaled(morse) with lamp
03:50 The patrol vessel opens fire with 20 mm and probably 4 "
03:55 The patrol vessel fired flares and continued firing
04:02 The shooting ceased M.T.B 619 out of sight. Continued with MTB 627
07:20 MTB 619 in sight on port bow

Einer der erwähnten Kommandanten, Harald Henriksen, nimmt großen Einfluß auf die Nachkriegsentwicklung der norwegischen Schnellbootwaffe, siehe Storm-Klasse

I dont know. Perhaps not for the single boats, but there should be after action reports in english somewhere in the archives.

Hmm.. Found some after action reports from PRO in my own archive
Kind of interesting. The attack on 20.09.1943 was the second attempt to tow MTBs across the north sea before a attack(first was on 9/11.09.1943)
Reason for this trials was that the MTBs could reach enemy area without carrying large deck cargo of petrol. Another reason was that engine hours could be saved and that there would be a greater chance of them entering the leads with their engines in a thoroughly efficient condition.
MTB  619 and MTB 627 was towed by H.N.M.S. Horten, and MTB 626 and MTB 686 was towed by H.N.M.S. Risør( MTB 686 returned to Lerwick with H.N.M.S. Risør.)
Added reports from MTB 619 and 626.
