Nordmann makes very much sense, and one may indeed recognize similarities to the pictures given as support for identification.

Thanks to all who spent some time on this problem.

Hello, dear colleagues

Which important persons do we see here?
The picture must have been taken on 17.04.1941 in Brest (onboard GNEISENAU).

Thanks in advance for dealing with the vice admiral and his entourage.

Kriegsmarine Admiral

Hello Hägar.
Great photo again! Keep them coming.
I would say it is Hans-Herbert Stobwasser (Senior-Shipyard-Director of the Kriegsmarine-Shipyard Brest (01 Dec 1940-19 May 1943).
I just wrote on page 4 that I identified him on a photo I posted before, check it out.

Hägar

Yes, Karlo, this is the same person - thank you.

By the way, checking this I also came across your #23 KAdm. in Norway.
My guess would be Boehm.

The thing is, Boehm was already a Generaladmiral at that point, so the rank doesn't fit. The photo was taken after 27 June 1941.

moin,

.. dealing with the vice admiral and his entourage.
Tja .. aus Sicht der Kleidervorschriften wäre ein energisches ".. dealing with" durchaus angebracht :O/Y :-D
3 Herren, 3 Anzüge : 1 x Jackett, 1 x blauer Tuchmantel, 1 x Ledermantel ..

Unknown admiral #30
Who is this admiral (possibly Konteradmiral or Vizeadmiral)?
Photo taken in Italy between 14 and 18 March 1943.
It is not Leo Kreisch or Wilhelm Meendsen-Bohlken because they are already on this photo (I cut out the part with this unknown admiral).
Danke!

Hägar

Just another admiral to be identified.
To the left hand side, Boehm can be recognized.

Thanks for any help - Hägar

The Vizeadmiral in the middle is Otto Schenk.

Thankyou, KM Adm

As it was an easy match for you, it seems, here another vice admiral for identification.

Thanks in advance - Hägar
