Luftwaffe Offiziere EFO ?

I wonder if anyone here can identify the Luftwaffe officer in the colour pic who is identified as Generaloberst Keller by the Finnish archive people. Is this man indeed Keller or someone else ?

In my documents this man is identified as Oberst von Seydlitz.

nach dem Kragenspiegel ist dies
ein Fliegerhauptingenieur (Fl. Hpt. Ing. ) = Hauptmann im Fliegeringenieurdienst  / Hptm. ( Ing.)

Waffenfarbe "Pink" an Kragenspiegel und Rangabzeichen der Sonderbekleidung.

Hi Arjan,

genau, Freiherr Wilhelm SCHOULTZ von ASCHERADEN, (DOB: 15.08.15) war kein Ingenieur sondern Fliegeroffizier !
01.10.40 promo to Oblt.
00.03.43 in Nahaufkl.St. 3./Aufkl.Gr. 13.
01.08.43 in 2./NAGr. 4, promo to Hptm.

Und da das Foto im Sommer 1942 entstand, war er noch kein Hauptmann sondern nur Oberleutnant.

Fliegeringenieure findet man nur in den Werften , technische Ämter der Luftwaffe, in einer Luftzeuggruppe, in der entsprechende Inspektion oder beim Generalluftzeugmeister.

Thanks Axel, I'm afraid this whole identification attempt is beginning to look like a wild-goose chase  .
This is the only info I can find regarding the name Peter came up with, the only possible link is that the man was stationed at Antwerp for some time and there seems to be a gap in his service record :

Nur wenn du die Identifikation es auf das Foto anwenden möchtest hat dieses einen kleinen Fehler !

Datum: erstellt im Sommer 1942
Fakt: Der Offizier ist ein Hauptmann (Captian) , Pinker Kragenspiegel,  ein Fliegerhauptingenieur.

Der Herr Kurt von SEYDLITZ-KURZBACH war aber schon Oberstleutnant ( Lieutenant Colonel ).

Nun denn mal kurz zum Aufbau und Struktur des Fährenwesens der Luftwaffe Stand 1942:

- Kommandeur der Fährenflottillen der Luftwaffe in Berlin

  - Fähren- Lehr- und Ergänzungsabteilung "FLEA" Antwerpen
       - Seem. Fährenausbildungskompanie
       - Fähren-Schulflotille
       - Fähren-Ergänzungsflottille
       - Techn. Fähren-Ausbidungskompanie
   
  - Fährenflottille 1
  - Fährenflottille 2
  - Fährenflottille 3
  - Fährenflottille 4
  - Fährenflottille 5
  - Transportbootflottille 1

Hinzu kommen noch folgende Stellen die auch Nachschubmäßig, Instandsetzungmäßig, Beschaffungen usw. zuständig waren.
- Luftzeuggruppe (See)
- Inspetion (See), Referrat 3
- Gen.d.L.b.Ob.d.M.

Die Feldluftpark Antwerpen hatte absolut nichts mit der FLEA zu tun !!
