Hallo,
Am 28.2.1944 wurden 3 Belgische Fischerboten nicht weit von "Punkt 213" durch Minen gesunken.
Es scheint, dass die Minen die Nacht vorher durch Britische S-Booten gelegt wurden. Kennt jemand die Nrs dieser S-Boote ?

Admirality War Diaries 27.0.1944:

While on patrol in accordance with my 261622A. M.T.B. 249, who had become detached from the remainder of the Force, sighted three merchant vessels escorted by at least 2 M-Class minesweepers and six or more E/R Boats in 228° Cap D/Antifer 19 point six miles, and attacked. Only one torpedo was fired and result not observed. M.T.B. 249 was heavily engaged and sustained some damage to hull and one ratinig was wounded, but not seriously. M.T.B. 249 was forced to disengage and enamy escorts continued firing at each other for some considerable time after. M.T.Bs. 252 (S.O.), 253, 256 and 257 were too far away to engage these targes and no other shipping was sighted. (C.inC. Portsmouth 271843A to Admty.)
