Kurt Siebert was born in Bochum.

Herb, where is the information from that he died on M 1302?

Actually he died on U-Bootjäger B which was the former whaler Treff V.

Hallo Thorsten,

Treff V ?/9-1939 Treff V, 14/11-1939 UJ B,23/4-1940 Skagerrak + / T-brit U-Boot Narwhal / 5 Tote

Thanks Thorsten,
You are correct Kurt Siebert died on U-Bootjäger B.
I used M-1302 only by date of death, I have no crew list for M1302.

Cheers Herb.

So for all people that died that day it is not clear wether they were on M 1302 or not, even when the data field "naval record" mentions them being on that ship? ???
