Reichsmarine Uniform Regulations 1920-1932

Surely, someone here knows....

I am looking for the Reichsmarine Uniform regulations, for the years 1920-1932 and whether it was considered "undress" for a Cadet/Officer to wear part uniform in the comfort of home or when on social outings ( ie non official off duty outings).

What was the uniform protocol? I know that in that era it was considered "undress" for a gentleman to not have everything including cap/visor, but was it any different for social outings?
