Kampfgruppe Thiele 20.Feb.1945

In his excellent book "Die deutschen Flottentorpedoboote 1942-1945" Wolfgang Harnack wrote that during a shelling of Russian positions in the Samland peninsula on 20.02.1945 Kampfgruppe Thiele (Admiral Scheer, T23, T28, T35 at the moment) was attacked by Russian aviation, and even Admiral Scheer shot down 2 Me109 in error.

As far as I know, Russian aviation (neither naval aviation nor 1. or 3.Air Armies) hadn't attacked any naval targets in the area in question. What is the source of the info about that air attack? Maybe date is incorrect?
