German ? dampfer HOCHSEE II sank in BalticSea

I'm looking for any information regarding steamer named HOCHSEE II. I don't know nothing more regarding this steamer,most probably german, it's shipwreck lies in the Baltic Sea, N off Leba, few years ago the name was still visible,
