In Kurz:
- weniger Widerstand,
- mehr Auftrieb vorne,
- kein Wegschlagen des Wassers nach vorn/seitlich beim Eintauchen,
- damit auch weniger Slamming,
- besserer Schutz für alles über Deck.
Diese
Vorteile in (oder eigentlich gegen) heftiger See überwiegen die
Nachteile (extreme Gierigkeit bei seitlichen Winden -nur für die Versorger!- , Empfindlichkeit der Pod-Antriebe, schwierigen Ausgleich im Längstrimm) offenbar bei weitem.-
Wenn jemand mir n Spantriss auftut, dann kann ich ja dann mal... (sollte breiteres Interesse bestehen).
